Americana-folk-pop singer and songwriter, Arielle Silver, is a storyteller whose songs on Watershed (Seeding Thunder Records) run with an ethic of care and ecological notice connecting ideas to experiences, and people to places.
Featuring some of Americana's eminent musicians, the earthy, lush, and layered production reflects the natural evolution of her collaboration with husband Darby Orr, GRAMMY® winning mix/master engineer, Brian Yaskulka, GRAMMY® winning steel player Jesse Siebenberg (Lukas Nelson), drummer Denny Weston Jr (KT Tunstall, Don Was), and produced by singer-songwriter, Shane Alexander, the original 10-song collection takes its title as much from historic watershed moments as it does from the North American spaces where the roots and folk-inspired story-songs take place.
